Cookies

This page lists everything wearespry.com stores in your browser. Our Privacy Policy explains the rest of how we handle information.
1. Your choice
The only optional technology on the site is Google Analytics. When it’s in use, it’s off until you choose Accept all in the bar at the bottom of the page, or turn on Analytics in Manage preferences. You can change your mind at any time with Your Privacy Choices at the bottom of every page. If you turn it off after allowing it, the page reloads so it stops straight away.
There are no advertising cookies, pixels or session recordings on this site.
2. Strictly necessary
These run the site and can’t be switched off. None of them track you across other sites.
| Name | Set by | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
ls_consent (cookie, and the same in local storage) |
wearespry.com | Remembers your privacy choices, so we don’t ask again | 180 days |
spry-touch (session storage) |
wearespry.com | Remembers where your visit came from (a referring site or campaign tag) and your landing page, and adds it to a form if you send one | Until you close the tab |
spry-ref (session storage) |
wearespry.com | Remembers a referral or event code from the link you followed, for the same purpose | Until you close the tab |
When you check out, you’re on Stripe’s own checkout page, which sets the cookies it needs for payment and fraud prevention. See Stripe’s cookie policy.
3. Analytics: only with your permission
| Name | Set by | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga |
Google Analytics | Tells one visitor’s visits apart, so we can count visitors rather than page loads | 2 years |
_ga_<ID> |
Google Analytics | Keeps track of the current session | 2 years |
We run Google Analytics with IP anonymisation, Google Signals switched off, and every advertising setting denied. See Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from sites.
4. Videos
Trailers play from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com), and only when you press play. Until then nothing loads from YouTube. Once you press play, YouTube may store information in your browser under its own policy.
5. Browser settings
You can also clear or block cookies and site storage in your browser settings. Blocking the strictly necessary ones means the site can’t remember your privacy choices, so it will ask again on each visit.
